A Little Bit About How We Work
At Jahnel Group, we create amazing software. Our people do that through a variety of roles. More than half of our people are engineers, actively coding and working the technical side of things. But there are so many other hats that JGers wear, like Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Analysts, Business Analysts, Engagement Managers, and Business Development folks. When it comes to the software game, we do it all. Everyone at JG buys into a team-first mentality and is always willing to help others out with whatever is needed.
The JG founders come from a sports background and were lucky enough to be a part of some special teams over the years. If you've ever been part of a special team, whether it was a sports team, a fraternity or sorority, a start-up, or just an amazing friend group, you know what we're talking about. There's nothing better than being part of a group of people that you feel deeply connected with, while building something awesome. Our founders live by this, so when they set out to build Jahnel Group, they wanted to create that special team feel. And we think we've captured that spirit. If we get the chance to work together, hopefully you'll experience that feeling and have that "oh, now I get it" moment.
